Each year, Stork’s Bakery & Cafe enjoys the holiday season and this year is no different. Stork’s has been a local Wilton Manors favorite since 1997. They offer so much more than just coffee. Their breakfast, lunch and dinner items are made daily and are delicious whether you eat-in or take-out!
Stork’s was opened originally by Jim Stork; by his side as his pastry chef was Peter Dekaj. After Jim decided to step down, he sold the business to Peter who has since managed the very successful Wilton Manors location. Their chef, Rose Klein, bakes muffins, scones, danishes, cakes, pies, cookies and more on a daily basis and she never disappoints!
Like we said, the holidays are no different! It’s this time of the year, when you get invited to holiday parties and gatherings for Thanksgiving or Christmas, Kwanzaa or Hanukkah, and Stork’s should be your first thought for a delicious dessert or for their catering services. Their friendly staff is there to help you place your orders and to help you with your holiday menu.
One of their popular desserts that is only available for a limited time during Thanksgiving, is their Harvest Pumpkin Cheesecake, which has a unique crust made with their own crushed gingersnap cookies and finished with fresh whipped cream and candied walnuts.
Some of their other delicious desserts that are available during the holidays are their Cranberry Champagne Cheesecake, Tri-Colored Mousse, Apple Cranberry Almond Tart, Rustic Pear Tart, Sweet Potato Pie, Buche De Noel, and their delicious Chocolate Peppermint Charlotte. They also offer boxed Holiday Cookies for your office parties and holiday gatherings, so stop into Stork’s today and pick up a Holiday Dessert menu, grab a cup of coffee, hot or iced, and place your orders for your holiday desserts!
