Christmas Day Brunch Served at Smarty Pants Bar
While children are sleeping, awaiting Santa to deliver their gifts, there are adults working hard to make Christmas morning a magical time. Smarty Pants Bar will be hosting a Christmas Morning Party and All-You-Can-Eat Buffet on Wednesday, Dec. 25, from 9am until 2pm, with Gustavo behind the bar. Tickets are on sale now! You can get them from your favorite bartender at Smarty Pants anytime until Christmas eve. There are only 52 tickets available, so get yours early before they sell out!
Smarty Pants Bar is known as the oldest “alternative lifestyle” bar in the Fort Lauderdale area. It was originally known as “Simba’s Lounge,” or “Little Jim’s” and “The Bushes” over the years, but for the past 16 years, Smarty Pants has been owned by locals Mark Tison and Fritz, who have kept the spirit of the season alive for the LGBTQ community.
Tickets for the Christmas Morning Party at Smarty Pants Bar will be $25 and include an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet, raffles, and prizes every half-hour. You’ll also get a special gift from Santa and included with your ticket is a $15 bar tab! You can’t beat a great brunch, drinks and fun with friends for that price!
Smarty Pants Bar is also known for having some of the best Karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights with Don Casteel, as well as a very fun Underwear Night on Thursdays with host and bartender, Irv.
